Policy - Advertising and Donations

As a Not for Profit Organisation, and also within our own newsletter ethos, the following are our guidelines for including advertisements.

We have been producung this newslewtter for over ten years now and our circulation is over 4,500 free copies per edition. We aim to produce between five an ten editions a year

Please re-confirm  continuation of each Advertisement by the stated date in newsletter. Make Cheques and Postal Orders payable to TS TV News.,

This was effective from Jan 2005

Advertising is accepted on the following basis,

1. Classifieds - Minimum Requirements
   a.  Name and address supplied
   b.   Content is complies with all legal and standards and is not offensive or liable or copyrighted by other parties
   c.   Suggested Donation
      i.    appreciated
      ii.    Cheques cleared in advance by 20th of the month of edition

2.  Services
    a.    Name
        i.    Registered Business name or
        ii.    "Trading as" name with owner name
       iii.   Nom de Plume with Legal Name
    b.    Address of Registered Office or where legal notices can be served
    c.    as 1b
    d.    A statement of trading conditions
        i.    Guarantees - Refund policy
        ii.    EO policy, Non-discrimination policy
        iii.    Staement of indemnity for content.
    e.    Suggested Donation £10 per edition per first three lines and £5 per line thereafter

3.    Massage/Escort/Models
    a.    As 2a, 2b and 2c.
    b.    Suggested Donation £10 per entry per edition, limit one line,

4.    Jobs Wanted/Vacant
    a.    As 2a, 2b and 2c
    b.    A service to the TG community but as 1a

5.    Accommodation
    a.    As 2a and 2b and 4b

6.    For Sale and Wanted
    a.    As 5

7.    Display advertising as follows
    a.    A5 Page
        i.    As 2a, 2b, 2c and 2d
        ii.    Maximum size will be 180x120mm ±5mm
        iii.    600x600 dpi grayscale
        iv.    Received copy ready by 15th of month before publication
        v.    Suggested Donation of £40 per edition Cheques cleared before 20th of month
        vi.    Receipt issued for donation when funds clear
    b.    ½ A5 Page (Full Width only)
        i.    As 7a except 7aii and 7avi
        ii.    Maximum size will be 90x120mm ±5mm
        iii.    Suggested Donation of £30 per edition Cheques cleared before 20th of month
    c.    ¼ A5 Page
        i.    As 7a except 7aii and 7avi
        ii.    Maximum size will be 90x60mm ±2.5mm
        iii.    Suggested Donation of £20 per edition
  d.    1/8 A5 Page
    i.  As 7a except 7aii and 7avi
   ii.  Maximum size will be 45x60mm or 60x45 ±2.5mm
  iii.  Suggested Donation of £15 per edition Cheques cleared before 20th of edition

While every effort will be made to comply with client wishes, the following points should be noted.
As we are all volunteers on the newsletter we do not undertake to produce a newsletter on any specific date but do endeavour to produce five to ten copies a year and usually it is published during the first week of the month.
All payments are donations and not a contractual obligation on either party nor a consideration for any goods or services to be supplied, and therefore not refundable.
